Very polite knowledgeable man answered the phone,dealt with all my questions and was not trying to rush me off the phone. He suggested options to me that were logical and his attitude was friendly, professional and customer friendly! The camera arrived 48 hours from order and I was delighted with it, called them back and thanked them for their efforts and assured him I will use Bristol Cameras again.
Bad Points
None, its just so refreshing to have a friendly polite voice on the phone, backed up with superb service.
General Comments
Ordered a Canon G10 from Bristol Cameras as a leading High St Retailer had let me down at the last minute. Had heard of Bristol Cameras from friends who were happy, so I gave them a try.
They are very keen on price it seems and have a nice, easy to use website.
