Absolutely nothing

Terrible customer service
Systematically and deliberately misled over the telephone
No letter in 2 months!
Engineers Leads Department take 20+ minutes to answer the pone
Total and utter incompetence
System clearly designed to delay and pay out as little as possible


General Comments


I had an accident 2 months ago (not my fault) and haven't received a single letter from Zurich Car Insurance, despite me telling them over the telephone about 10 times that I want it in writing. I've made probably 15-20 phone calls to them and they just fob you off with anything to get you off the phone and then don't do what they've promised to. I've been told they'll 'call me back' at least 3 times when they don't bother.

Their 'engineer' declared my car a total loss and offered me a paultry £175.00 When I disputed and provided them with adverts for the same car between £2,000 - £3,000 they increased their offer to £450.00! (although, not in writing, of course).

It's 2 months and I haven't recieved anything apart from a lot of idle promises, a broken car and massive phone bill.
