Esporta has bad customer relations, I had a muscle pull during a step class, noone came to my aide. I limped out of the class and was helped by another member who called my husband to come and pick me up. This happened on my second month of joining. I have been stuck with this horrible club because I had to finish the 12 months and now I have to pay an extra 3 months for the notice. Absolute madness
General Comments
I did not like the way i was treated at Esporta Health Clubs, I felt like a total stranger at the gym. The club is only concerned about signing up new people for money and nothing else. They know their contract and will not mention the hot spots of it to any one considering joining up
