Good Points

Informal, friendly, professional, good fun, ran to schedule, gave good value for money, interesting ports of call. Clean and tidy.


Bad Points

Would have liked flexibility of settling bill on cash as well as card instead of one or the other.


General Comments

For our first Costa Concordia cruise this was a gem. Very straight forward, practiced organisation. Friendly staff, very concious of our needs. Informal and not intimidating in any way.
