My only real complaint is the ageing aircraft, whilst I do feel safe during my flight, the aircraft are really starting to show their age, the insides are looking worn and to be honest the outside of the aircraft is starting to show it's age also. Jet2 seem to be doing quite well, it would be nice to see them investing in newer aircraft.
General Comments
Have flown on numerous occasions with Jet 2 between Edinburgh and Murcia. I would definitely recommend them. Flights always on time, on a couple of occasions they have even arrived early! Prices very competitive, I really struggle when I read comments complaining about the price, I have never found flights cheaper than that of Jet2 for the route I travel. I have booked in flight meals on my last 2 journeys and have found them to be very good value, you get a good size meal and drink and it saves you buying from the in flight trolley which is expensive. Staff are friendly and helpful, pilots keep you informed of how your journey is progressing throughout the flight. Overall a very good company to fly with.
