General Comments
After reading some of the comments on here, I feel I have to write about my experience of Toucan so far. I have had it for the past 4 years, and in that time I have only been without service once (and I think it was because I inadvertently changed some router settings). I found their customer service to be very helpful and responsive at all times, however I joined them because they were the cheapest at the time, and now I see that there are cheaper providers I have asked them for a lower rate but they refused, so I think it is about time I changed to another broadband provider to save some money!
