Aesthetics, ergonomic, well balanced, holds its edge wonderfully, tough.
Bad Points
Can feel a little slippery when using with greasy hands - hence only 9/10 - but this is a fault with all 'single piece' blades and is not unique to this brand.
Because of this I only purchased the one and didn't go on for a whole selection, but otherwise I'm still very happy with it - even after all these years.
General Comments
I don't have the block, just a single utility Evolution knife I bought from John Lewis in Oxford Street about ten(ish) years ago.
Very happy with it - it still looks as if I bought it yesterday.
