Bad Points
Their support is an illusion, if you problem cannot be resolved from the simple question and answer list the first person you speak to there is no other help to get.
General Comments
Sky Broadband Support is a joke, if you have a problem their trained monkey you first speak to cannot help they will try to put you through to the next tier.
If that tier has more than an hour queue they refeuse to put you in the quueu and you must call back. I called every 2-3 times a day for over a week and never got put through.
