pleasant waitress trying to deal with a problem which should have been dealt with by person in charge

Bad Points
cold food badly cooked person in charge would not speak to us

General Comments
juat returned from shepherd and dog ipswich food on carvery cold had been standing for some time as dried up and almost inedible complained about cold food chef replied i will heat it up come back from microwave dried up veg on counter still left as it was waitress ask if it was ok i asked to speak to someone in charge who did not wish to speak to me as they sent waitress back to offer a complimentary sweet and no charge i would have rather had a good meal in the first place
