General Comments

Just recently, I used Expedia online travel agency to book a Vegas vacation. Our experience with Expedia was negative. First of all, we couldn't get our itinerary thru Expedia. We called them three times and all three times, they claimed it was sent via email. Nope, we never received an email. As a matter of fact, we had to call American Airlines to get our flight itinerary, and had to make a phone call to the Rio Hotel for room confirmation. Also, American Airlines informed us that, we would be coming home thru their service, not Continental Airline as the website stated. There were other frustrating moments with Expedia that aren't worth mentioning. We will never book another vacation with Expedia.
