The attitude of the owner and staff was appauling


General Comments

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the owner on this site. My partner and I drove all the way from London to spend two nights with our friend and his wife who had already been there for 1 night for his 30th birthday. When at Scotts Farm reception we were rudely told that no groups at all were allowed at all!! I tried to politely reason with the chap but was abruptly cut short. We decided to go home but later in the day another two of our friends arrived and managed to get entrance, but within the hour they were all asked to leave as it was realised they were together!!!! Absolutely unbelievable we r all in our 30's and would never think of causing trouble and to be juged in that way and spoken to in that manor after driving all that way was quite upsetting. P.S When my friends went to get their refund from reception a group of 5 people were successfully booking in!
