Poor communication strands; unable to deal with personal branch; inefficiency, limited account knowledge; forget any personal service -non-existant
General Comments
HSBC Business Bank Account is the worst account I have ever had. To complain you are put through to several different departments; they cant deal with the complaints you raise, endlessly put on hold whilst they seek advice; stock answer I dont have authority, I cant explain, I understand your concerns, then "can you put your complaint in writing". I took my business elsewhere. For such a large organisation the level of inefficiency was staggering.
