General Comments
Not a good start, suppose to be flying tomorrow to Turkey but no tickets have arrived. Contacted Bookable Holidays by phone only to be told that they couldnt help and to email their admin section, I listened and did just that however I received a standard response from them saying they would come back to me 'at least by the end of the day' . This did not happen, nor the next day, or the day after. I do not need to be stressed at the start of a holiday. There is no link on their site for any complaints procedure which to me says it all! Of course they state how well the express pass to admin works but id like to know how they know as there is no way of giving feedback!
