In the 3 years had reasonable service
Bad Points
until things went wrong and then expensive time wasting phone calls getting nowhere. bad tec sevice and very expensive to get help .....never spoke to an english speaking person which made it hard to understand them. They got cross with me because I had to ask them to repeat the information!!
General Comments
Been with tiscali for 3 years but after being off line for a week and having no promise of a refund of payment for a service I did not get I'm off to another server, Wanted my mac code lol it took 2 days and me getting really mad and shouting ...which I never do ..to get it they told me it would take a week to come through .... 30mins after my last call it arrived by text lol
