General Comments
Excellant service. e-Parcel.Com are an alternative to Royal Mail. I think they say they are a Royal Mail "Reseller" - it means they offer you great rates (somethign like 30% less than normal), they collect the parcels from you but the delivery is still Royal Mail - so great business idea and much easier to deal with these guys than Royal Mail.
