Some individuals are helpful and try to make the best of a bad job.. trouble is they are few and far between.. my advice to them.. go and get a job with a decent bank

General Comments
I have been with Nat West bank foe nearly 30 years and at first when i knew the bank manager that opened my account all was brilliant.. from the time of his retirement it has been down hill all the way.. they are from teller staff up obstructive, obdurate and unhelpful. i had a business acct and personal acct and they still treat you as rubbish.. i have now changed banks and i am looking forward to a better liaison with them. fingers crossed.
