Good Points

Happy to try sorting out a problem with few questions asked.


Bad Points

Slow turn around and flippant repairs.


General Comments

I have sent my N95 in for repair twice.
The first time was my fault.
The second time was because they had sent it back to me in a worse state than when i sent it to them.
Today i got a replacement phone (a refurb). It turns off every time i pick it up. Needless to say it's going back.
Hopefully they'll get it right 4th time....
