General Comments

Ferns and Petals --

I had selected SKU CODE XP8 (12 pink roses exclusively wrapped in pink jute packing) for Rs 499.00 for my Mother's Birthday. And what was delivered was NOWHERE Close!!!

The rose had already withered and instead of "exclusively wrapped in pink jute packing" it was wrapped in some TACKY and CHEAP cellophane paper !!!. They did not deliver what was shown and when they delivered the flowers they had already withered !!!! totally unacceptable. I want A REFUND and an apology. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
