Good Points

zero. I kept two things that fitted because they were cheap and might do me for casual wear but I'd have been better going to JC Penney to be honest.


Bad Points

As above. Greater than 7 weeks is far too long to wait for my money to be given back to me and, quite frankly, is misrepresentation. They are earning interest on MY DOLLARS. And we're expected to just... understand that they are backed up??? I will NEVER order from Newport News again!


General Comments

Terrible processing of orders and refunds. I placed an order with Newport News in April for over $340 and it arrived for me to discover poor quality items and sizing that was off the wall. When things did not fit, I returned them promptly, on Apr 21st - a total credit was owed to me of approx $245. I called their Customer Svs when the credit did not show on my statements. Their Cust Svs dept says that it can take more than two billing cycles! And that they are 'backed up right now so credit processing is taking even longer, especially if the amount is over $200 to be refunded. So... they get to earn interest on MY MONEY while I have to wait for my refund! This is scandalous. A ludicrous amount of time to wait for MY MONEY to come back to me. It is now May 29th - six weeks after I rec'd my order!
