They think they're too big to worry about individual flyers.
General Comments
Flew London-Berlin charged 400 Euros for a second bag. That's a price of a ticket. They did not care one bit, simply sent me their "sorry we cant help" emails. Terrible, I'll go out of my way to avoid them.
