Good Points

i ahve had no good input from this service as of yet.


Bad Points

the fact that i thought because i dropped it i said it lost but someone else picked it up and refused to give me the phone when i said it was mine it surely is not my fault!


General Comments

i have just recently put in for a claim with CPW Lifeline from E2Save for my mobile nokia n96, i accidently said it was lost instead saying it was stolen. actually i dropped and a passer by picked it up and i have reported it lost instead stolen. now the company said they cant do anything about it but i am not happy with this at all because it was not my fault human error. now that person is happy with my phone and i am left with having to pay for it. i actually thought leave him out of it because i saw him pick up the phone and i told him it was mine but he refused to give me back my phone! i am very unhappy! and hope you can sort this matter out for me!
