i emailed the customer services of dunelm mill to find out if a certain item was in stock, was told they dont have this information.
i asked if i could order online, and was told the item couldnt be ordered online, i phoned the 0845 number and asked if i could order it, was told yes no problem.
so what is the answer can you order deck chairs for home delivery or not. there was a lot of conflicting information.
although they are willing to accept your order and card details without knowing if the item is is stock or not.
not a good system .
