Bad Points
Don't use them. Customer service is terrible, I have been passed from pillar to post, cut off in mid conversation, can't understand their accents, had to wait ages, its like something out of a Dilbert nightmare. I'm outta there now.
General Comments
the tiscali broadband experience is only for masochists - it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
