Good Points

Looks good
Easy to clean
Robust water dispenser
Well designed storage space
On wheels for easy movement!!


Bad Points

Cooling fan iced-up and broke-down after 2.5 yrs but replaced under warranty
Replacement water-filters are quite expensive
Don't store ice-cream in the freezer door!!


General Comments

I have read the previous comments and my experience is a little bit different. The Samsung RS21 fridge has been great for the last 2.5 years. There is plenty of space for storage, the interior is well designed and easy to clean. When there was a problem (as well documented in the other comments) an engineer was sent out within 24 hours and the problem rectified. I am awaiting confirmation from Samsung that this has been a permanent fix but given that I now have two cooler units I and instructions, it is easy ongoing fix. When I bought the item in 2006, it was easily the cheapest of its kind (a very expensive kind) and the general ease of use is good. Our three kids have been helping themselves to water and ice for a couple of years now so the robustness of these parts has been thoroughly tested!!
