Can't really find anything you can't do on the internet for free on this site and the monthly fee is quite high for nothing.
Bad Points
You have to pay up front with no chance of knowing what you're buying. The advertising doesn't match what you get. The customer service is rubbish and they appear to just want your money and then when they've got it they just don't give a damn.
General Comments
I joined yesterday and have asked for a refund but I don't think I'm going to get it. They've sent me an automatically generated email and have ignored my actual email.
Their recipes are not easy to follow and are confusing and in the advertising you get pictures of the meals with the recipes. You don't when you've actually signed up. You get a bland looking list of recipes that you can get from anywhere - all they do is count up your daily carbs for you.
You can click to order your week's shopping list but an average weekly shop on the diet I chose came to over £100. My shop usually comes to around £30, dieting or not.
