I ordered the AOL broadband almost 2 months ago and I haven't got the router yet.
The first router AOL sent went has never arrived to my place and they are refusing to send a new one until they find out what happened to the first one. Can you believe it?
On top of that, the customer service lied to me twice as they said they had sent a new router and I had to wait for it to arrive.
