nearly 100% increase in payments between february and March
General Comments
I have had my dog insured with Healthy Pets for about 6 years paying about £18.00 a month. In March they increased this to £33 a month almost double!!!! They do this knowing that when your pet is old as ours was no other insurance company will take them on so we had no option but to stay. My dog had to have an operation and died in May with a cost of £400+ we recieved £70 off healthy pets as they cancelled the insurance as soon as the dog died and took all the remaining payments out of the claim. The agreement was to pay by direct debit and i should have been given the option to finish the payments this way!
