Good Points

You will see the store alwasy empty and take your kids to run around in the store, if there is nothing much to do for you!!!!!!!!!!


Bad Points

Poor customer service, High prices, Have very poor rateing of their trading standads. so you will be better off by staying away!!


General Comments

I been in the Makro Cash and Carry Newcastle-u-Lyme store over the weekend, there were some back massage cushions on display.

There were total of two differant type of products and piled up in one mixed group, both of them had the price tag of £69.99 ex VAT.

When I went to pay for the item at the counter, I was told that the price is £116 include VAT, when I told the check out staff about the price declared there, she went with me and found that the price and the tags are the same what I told to the check out staff earlier.

however, called the manager but he refused to serve me and also told me that he would not sell this item to me even it is marked as £69.99.

I have never seen such a poor customer service from a store like that and I would not reommoned anyone for businness.

I konw if I want I an go to trading standards and get the item on the price I want, but problem is that, I do not want them to have a sale of even £70 from me, I would not spend with them!!!
