I dont remember why I ordered from this company in the first place. I assume there were some good reasons for it, although it was so long ago I no longer remember.
Bad Points
Absolute worst customer service ever.
General Comments
For all of you reviewers who expressed that they had a good experience with their customer service...seriously? This company has the most abysmal customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a desk from them over 2 months ago. I still have not received it. It takes them at least a week to respond to my emails and I have to email them two or three times to get a response. At one point, after they had ignored 3 consecutive emails I finally just I called them and left a message with my cell phone number. They never called me back. Finally I just contacted American express to chargeback. Guess what, they contacted me immediately saying they would ship it right away. Even though I was furious with the company and didn't want to give them my business out of spite, i figured it would still be easier for me to just continue with the order rather than deal with the chargeback and order from another company so I told them to ship it asap. I then emailed computerdesk.com, and asked for a tracking number. Guess what...STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM!
