Appalling call centre service, I contacted them earlier this week and was told that my account did not exist by a really awkward member of the 'team', when i complained she said she was going to write a complaint about me on their system!

General Comments

Abbey National Business Bank Account is a free banking service which is a major attraction, however if you have to deal with the customer services section you will see why they do not feel that they can charge for their services.
