Good Points

If anybody don't get good signal on any network or want to change the phone or the phone is broken but still paying for the contract then they have got plenty of cashback deal to buyout the exixting contracrt but make sure they are giving you the right amount of money.


Bad Points

They always try to demonstrate the phone they want to sell even though you ask for a specific phone.Same deal on their website is 50% cheaper than instore also the insurance


General Comments

They sell completely two different deal between instore and online. If anyone is little bit concious about the market they never go to phones4u. Well they offer buyout or cashback deal but in a long run the money they offer it's coming from customer's wallet.As an example if they sell a phone on £35/month contract with £50 or £100 cashback there Voda/O2/Orange/3 network can offer the same deal with same phone on £25/month tariff. Also their phone insurance is very expensive and they will give you hard time if you want to make a claim. It takes more than a week to claim a phone where network s are offering the cliam from 24 hour to 48 hours and their access fee is lees then phones4u's insurance.
