Slow, Difficult Process of Getting my V750, Respond to all emails with 'Ring This Premium Rate Number'.
General Comments
Bought the number plate from new reg, took 2 months to get the V750 document. They wanted proof of Identity and so I sent them an email asking what ID they wanted and they replied with 'Ring our premium rate number'. I sent a couple more emails and had the same reply and so I sent an angry email saying what's the point in an Aftersales email address if all you do is tell me to ring the premium rate number - which is funny because they've now removed the aftersales email address - but with this complaint I attached a scan of my pasport and 1 week later my V750 arrived!
