General Comments

When I first stared to use iTunes I thought it was brilliant. I still do and as I have an apple iBook its dead easy to donwload tunes and films and they are easily transferable between various Apple bits of kit. The funcationality is simple and the process and layout very easy to follow. The search facility has always worked very well and the size of the library never ceases to amaze me plus I like the Genius and Complete My Album functionality.

However, that aside, iTunes is expensive and and I was alarmed to see recently that actually some tracks had now gone up in price according to their popularity or early release which is just not right at all. Come on iTunes, you've got the market share now hows about giving something back to those loyal followers before we start looking eslewhere for cheaper alternatives?
