General Comments

I have never had a problem with the IG software - but ONLY WHEN I use Firefox 3 - which has MUCH more repid response times and is far more stable than Internet Explorer. It really is worth making the change. Also, IG have always been helpful whenever I have had to call or email with questions.

Some comments people make about IG relate to stops not going through at the designated stop price. Well sometimes trades don't exactly close at their stop level, but there are reasons in the underlying market for this - namely that there may not be the same volume available to buy or sell in the underlying market at that price, so they have to move to the next best price/volume to exucute and so on until the trade can be completed.
