Bad Points

Their customer services is ABSOLUTLEY APPAULING !! One of the worst I've ever known. How can it take more than 3 weeks to reply to a customer compaint?????


General Comments

I made a booking for me and a friend with BMI Baby. Unfortunately I found out post booking that her name is different on her passport. I expected to pay a reasonable admin charge to make this amendment but they said it's a flat £100! At no point during the booking process does it mention this and when you ring the 0901 65p a min number to speak to someone about it they said it's in the FAQ's section at the bottom left! They've only just changed it recently (within the last month). The call centre said they didn't know the number for the customer services centre to speak to someone, they only accept letter. so I've sent a letter and they said it could be up to a month before I get a reply!! Well, it's been 3 weeks so far, and nothing! Total rubbish, I will never, EVER use them again.
