Bad Points

Terrible support, my site is down over 50% of the time and i have chased them for over 3 months to look at it. I am finally moving hosting companies. They did not cancel my SEo service on request as they promised and overcharged for 2 months. Their project manager has been rude and unhelpful when I have called regarding the problems with my site. Once your site is up and running you are forgotten, There is no ongoing support. Do not use this company - you get what you pay for.


General Comments

Web Creation has good website design, bit slow and did not really deliver what i asked for ( i asked for oscommerce, was given their own cart system)
