Good Points

Interest free overdraft for first year,
£100 bonus for joining (now ended unfortunately)


Bad Points

Intenet banking only shows previous days transactions and is generally difficult to use,
You can be on hold for ages when phoning customer services,
National rate number only (0845 which costs more to phone especially from mobiles)


General Comments

Just moved from First Direct, who have have excellent customer service but they were hammering me on overdraft charges. I've moved to take advantage of the Alliance And Leicester Internet Banking interest free overdraft for a year and the £100 bonus for joining them.
