The whole system does not work


General Comments

I have been trying unsuccessfully to register with Nationwide internet banking system for the past hour or more.
Despite having two accounts with Nationwide I am unable to register.
The three bits of information required for 'security' have been rejected.
I used a 17th century battle date.
for the location I entered a river in Ireland.
the person I used was a 17th century King of England.
I telephoned my local branch who said they would call me back, I am still waiting a day later.
Now I have to make a 30 miles journey to the branch to sort it all out.
Nationwide you are very poor and I shall be moving on to another banking service peovider ASAP.

    I found this review helpful because...I had similar experience. The staff on the telephone are excellent. I was given one information on the phone, contrary at the branch. clear case of left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
    I am having a second thought of opening an account at this bank.
