Shocking customer service
Poor Quality Products that will probably last about a year before breaking
Refusal to offer/replace under warrenty


General Comments

They offer incredibly poor customer service but this is left in the shadows compared to the rediculously poor products they actually sell.

Having purchased 2 identical computer chairs for £60 each from this company both subsequently broke at the arm rest within a 2 year period. When i tried to get the company to replace them under the terms of the 2 year warrenty, it took about 2 months of constant emailing before they would even accept the fact there was a problem. Then during this time the warrenty on the products expired and then i was informed of this by Furniture@work and was informed there was nothing they could do about it. However they very generously offered to sell me replacement parts for my broken chairs, which given the history of the 2 chairs would have broken again in another year.

So my advice is this site might sell cheap equipment but be prepared for defective products that don't last and then don't expect the company to actually care.
