General Comments

Absolutely the worst insurer i have ever had the priviledge of using ever AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have personally been insured by a good 80% of highstreet insurers and so when it was time to shop for a new policy on behalf of my mother i thought i would opt for the post office on her behalf, yes because it was cheap, but also because i thought the service would be class, how wrong could i be.

The premium cost £125 for the year so my mum opted to pay by monthly installments, £13 a month, however she has just sold the car and now the post office want £60 in cancellation fees, there are no details of this in the policy documents, just "we may charge for ending your policy early."

Called up customer services who are useless, so going to cancel at the bank and let them take my mother to court, see who backs down
