Good Points

Great suction, good shampooer and tools, alot you don't need !


Bad Points

Very, very heavy to lift. Far too pushy salesmen!


General Comments

I had 5 new vaccums over 7 years and all were really dreadful at picking up the dog hairs. I then purchased another new Hoover, again...rubbish. I phoned them and created such a fuss that I got the member of staff who said he would personally bring another new one with him. He arrived with said hoover and it was rubbish, he appologised and went.

I purchased the Kirby G5 / 6 / 7 and now, 11 years later, it is as good today as when new.
