Good Points

First class service, and to change the damaged bat without the normal moans and groans about misuse of the equipment.

None at all.


General Comments

I bought my two sons some new woodworm cricket equipment in April this year, from Sports HQ, I was a personal caller and selected 2 megabite gold bats, 2 pairs of batting pads 2 pairs of batting gloves, 1 pair of wicket keepers pads and 1 pair of wicket keepers gloves. Although the bats were pre knocked in, I spent numerous hours knocking them both in, and they both went well in the early seasons games. This weekend 1 of the bats broke almost in half, right through the blade, I took the bat back in May, they immediately changed the bat for a brand new one without any problem.
