General Comments

I went to the Manchester New ID studio, and had a fantastic but long day. We were greeted with friendly staff and offered drinks straight away. Then the hair stylist, who was very friendly, talked to us about what he is going to do and made it very clear. We then had our make up and nails done which was done very professionally. We had to wait around a bit before we had the actual photoshoot, but we had drinks served throughout the day. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We waited about an hour before we saw the photos because one computer wasn't working. The saleswoman wasn't very pushy and didn't pressure us to buy any more pictures that we actually wanted. We had a great day and definitely recommend it.
