General Comments
We booked a holiday with Directline Holidays in Jan this year. It took 3 months to change the original flights to a different date and an extra £248 although we changed this the very next day. When we finanlly went on the holiday everything was all very well and good until we went to return home and discovered that they have given us the wrong flight information ( the wrong times on the tickets ) We arrived 13 hours too early for the flight. We are speaking to them about a refund of the costs occured and will keep you updated. A shabby company with huge admin issues and very poor service.
