Everything. No customer service to speak of, no items delivered, but they take your money immediately
General Comments
Disgraceful customer service from emoto uk internet shop. I ordered £400 worth of goods but 9 weeks later these have not been delivered. Phone calls are never responed to. You are told in early emails that goods have been dispatched, however as time goes by, Emoto UK stop responding. I have now been in touch with my credit card company who are going to begin proceedings to recover the money. Do not buy from this company unless you pay by credit card
