Good Points

None so far- I don't go on the holiday for a few weeks. In the past they have been good and cheap.


Bad Points

Very bad customer service. High priced this year.


General Comments

I was very unimpressed with first choice. I specifically asked to depart on a certain date and they sent me the invoice with all the incorrect times and dates on it. i requested to be sent a new one and they had actually booked my holiday i was unable to go/come back on. I finally managed to swap my annual leave in work so that i could go on the dates first choice had arranged and I had to reuquest an invoice with the correct info on it 4 times! It complete;y stressed me out as I wasn't sure which date or time my flight was and the women i spoke to were extremely rude and unhelpful. They couldn't be bothered to help me and they were very abrupt when speaking to me- i wasn't rude to them i have worked in customer service and know how it feels to be screamed at. I paid a lot of money for my holiday and was upset by how they treated me after i trusted them to sort my holiday out and then they did not care that it had all been messed up and it was their fault.
