Seem cheap.


Bad Points

Charge you to return goods after you have cancelled the order. No one takes ownership of the problem - you are passed from pillar to post. I will not be using them again.


General Comments

Be carseful with Breakeryard.com, I had to involve trading standards and still have not received a full refund!

Placed an order with Dewsbury Auto Salvage. via brakeryard.com. The part was not delivered when I was told it would be so I cancelled the order. The next day it turned up. I called them they were very polite and told me to return it to them for a full refund including my return postage costs. 2 weeks later I had no refund so I called them. After been passed from pillar to post, the person I finally spoke to said that I would be need to pay the postage ( £10) + the cost of returning it ( £15.99) + a 25% handling fee ( £19.75). A total of £45.74 for nothing. At this point I involved trading standards and breakeryard.com. Trading standards have managed to get me a partial refund and are chasing the rest. Breakeryard.com, as far as I can tell, have done nothing.

The yellow pagers would be an alternative to breakeryard.com for me in the future.
