General Comments
Ordered a couple of things through Net Pet Shop for my puppy, and chose a Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. They appeared to be the cheapest upon a Google search (although only slightly) and on their website claimed "Fast delivery on everything" with everything meant to be despatched the same day (Mon-Fri) provided it is ordered before 2PM. I kept checking the status of the items for the next few days and it just said "Not Yet Shipped". After receiving no notification / emails from Customer Support I sent them a chaser email after 4 days. They sent me back a standard email to say that the items are on order and should be sent within "a few days" - the product pages did not say they were out of stock however and furthermore I was not offered the option of a cancellation! After 10 days after my initial order my items finally turned up (even though their website status was still showing a "Not Yet Shipped status). Items were in a fairly poor condition and looked like they had been buried in a warehouse for a long time. The packaging was crushed and the toys were covered in dust and dirt that I had to wash them in warm soapy water first. My conclusion is cheap isn't always best!
