Bad Points

Bit pricey, but worth it - there is no point having insurance that doesn't pay out when you need it, even if it is cheap...


General Comments

My ipod got nicked, so I got a police report and had it translated. WHen home, I called them, they asked me to send it to them. I did so, and Direct Line paid up the full price I paid a couple of years ago. 10/10.
