very good customer service, very good price for young female, first time car owner, handled claim with sensitivity and speed - genuinly couldn't fault my experience!

General Comments

I was with Quinn direct for a few years - they had brilliant customer service - ALWAYS friendly and helpful and they were one of the best prices I could find. When I wrote-off my car they were very sympathetic, professional and fast (just what you need at a very stressful time) and paid the money in full with no difficulty and very promptly - they couldn't have been better!! I am only with another company now as I share a car with my boyfriend (young male) which put the price up too high for us.
